For Real Estate Professionals

Win clients on value —
not on who you happen to know.

Connexli puts your proposal in front of motivated sellers and verified buyers who are actively choosing an agent right now. Sealed process, level field, and clients who picked you on merit.

1 · The problem with prospecting

The best agent in the room usually isn't the one who got the listing

You know how listings are really won: a referral, a relative, a name remembered from a mailer. Industry surveys consistently show most sellers contact only one agent — which means most listings are decided before any comparison of skill, marketing, or terms ever happens. If you're not that one agent, you never got a shot.

Connexli exists to give you that shot. When a homeowner or buyer posts on Connexli, they're explicitly asking to compare professionals — and every verified agent nearby gets the same invitation at the same time. No pay-to-play placement, no lead reselling, no racing nine other agents to be first on the phone. Your proposal does the talking.

Sealed means sealed. Competitors never see your pricing, and you never see theirs. You're free to lead with your real value — experience, marketing, service — instead of being dragged into a race to the cheapest number.

2 · The full workflow

From registration to a new client, step by step

Register and get license-verified.

Create your account with your license number and brokerage. We check it against state records before you can compete — verification is what keeps Connexli credible for the clients you want to win.

Get notified of nearby opportunities — automatically.

Set your service ZIP code once. When a seller posts a request or a qualified buyer publishes a profile within your notification radius, you get an email. No monitoring, no refreshing.

Review the opportunity.

Sellers: property type, area, size, condition, price range, and stated priorities. Buyers: an anonymous snapshot with financing status, timeline, search areas, and an honest readiness badge. You always know who's worth a proposal.

Submit your sealed proposal — and edit it until the window closes.

Your proposed compensation, services, marketing plan, and terms. On seller requests, your number is presented to the homeowner as your listing-side compensation, separate from anything involving a buyer's agent; on buyer profiles it's presented as your proposed buyer-agent compensation. Refine it as often as you like while the window is open. Nobody sees it but the client, and only when the window ends.

The window closes at its deadline — or the moment 10 proposals are in.

Every opportunity is capped at 10 proposals per round. When the 10th arrives, the opportunity closes immediately, even mid-window. Strong opportunities fill fast — proposing early matters.

The client compares and connects with one professional.

All proposals unlock side by side: fees, services, marketing, experience, terms. When they choose you, their full contact information is released to you alone — a warm client who picked you over the field, on merit.

If a client wants more options after reviewing, they can open an additional round. Fresh rounds go only to professionals who haven't proposed yet — your submitted proposal stays in their stack, exactly as you wrote it, through every round.

3 · Why the 10-proposal cap exists

A deliberate limit that works in your favor

Capping every round at 10 isn't a technical constraint — it's marketplace design, and it protects professionals as much as clients:

Clients actually read your proposal

Ten proposals get read carefully. Forty get skimmed and sorted by price alone. The cap is what makes your marketing plan and track record matter.

Your odds stay real

You're never one of a hundred. At most nine other professionals are in the running — and none of them can see or undercut your terms.

Effort stays worth it

A thoughtful proposal takes time. The cap keeps the expected value of that time high enough to justify doing it right — which raises quality for everyone.

The marketplace stays balanced

Opportunities don't get buried under pile-ons, clients don't burn out mid-comparison, and decisions happen faster — which means you hear back sooner.

4 · Two ways to win clients

One account. Listing-side and buyer-side opportunities.

🏡 Seller requests

Homeowners preparing to list invite sealed proposals: your proposed listing-side compensation, marketing plan, services, and cancellation terms, next to your 12-month seller-side track record. Timed windows from 24 hours to 7 days.

🔑 Buyer profiles

Verified buyers — many preapproved and moving within 90 days — publish anonymous profiles with honest readiness badges. Propose your fee structure, response time, and specialties, and see each buyer's own estimate of how many homes they expect to tour — helpful context for the time commitment, never a limit you set.

Your dashboard shows both streams, your submitted proposals, and clients won. Add your transaction counts in settings — professionals with a listed track record stand out in every comparison.

What Connexli is — and isn't

We built the platform we'd want to compete on. That means being straight about the rules.

  • Every professional is license-verified. Every client sees that badge next to your name.
  • Sealed proposals — competitors never see your pricing, before or after.
  • Clients are anonymous until they choose you. When they connect, you alone get their contact information.
  • Representation agreements are signed directly with your brokerage, outside Connexli. We're a marketplace, not a middleman in your contract.
  • No lead reselling, no pay-for-placement, no charging you for names that were sold to five other agents an hour ago.
  • Founding professionals help shape what comes next.
5 · Free during the Connexli launch

5 complimentary proposal credits every month

Verified real estate professionals can join Connexli at no cost and receive 5 complimentary proposal credits each month during our launch period. Use them to submit proposals on eligible buyer and seller opportunities in your service area. Complimentary proposal credits reset on the first day of each month and do not carry over. No subscription is required during the launch period.

Browsing is always free

Your account, dashboard, opportunity notifications, and every open opportunity stay fully visible whether or not you have credits remaining. You only ever use a credit when you deliberately submit a proposal.

Editing never costs extra

One credit covers one proposal submission. Update or refine that proposal as often as you like while the window is open — no additional credit is ever used.

Purchased credits Coming soon

Professionals will eventually be able to purchase additional proposal credits that never expire, carry over indefinitely, and receive earlier proposal access to new opportunities — a 3-hour priority submission window on every new opportunity (complimentary credits unlock 3 hours after it goes live).

What a credit is — plainly

A credit is a proposal submission, not a guaranteed opportunity, connection, or client. Actual opportunities depend on consumer activity, location, and eligibility — how far each proposal goes depends on your terms, your track record, and the client's choice.
